I have used Eddy a few years back for EICRs on my 2 rental properties. They were both due for renewal recently and he organised it with my tenants as I'm based in the north both at a very reasonable price.

He's also just done an EICR for my parents house in London as I get it ready for a sale and again it was done quickly and reasonably.

Eddie came round to look at replacing two useless PIR floodlights for the drive and a porch light.
He gave us a quote which we accepted and he came round to install all three lights before he was meant to turn up and finished the install in under an hour!!

If you need an electrician, then get an electrician however, if you need an honest, reliable and respectful electrician, you need to give this guy a call. A very likeable man who remained polite, positive and professional at all times. Extremely knowledgeable, explaining every step in terms I could easily understand. I unhesitatingly recommend Eddie to anyone who needs a top electrician who is a very nice man who will not rip you off. Outstanding customer service delivered with old fashioned values and a smile!

Eddie was great we called him when all our appliances stopped working suddenly on Sunday and he talked us through calmly what to do - and wouldn’t take any payment. Would highly recommend.

Eddie went above and beyond to fault find and then found the issue which is far more serious than he can resolve as it’s a water ingress from outside. He isolated and ran a temp supply to allow to power sockets. Please note Eddie went under the floor in a void which was very small to achieve this.

Am so pleased and if I could use on the insurance claim he would more thank top of the list, am honing to arrange him to do extra work in the house once this initial issue is solved.

Eddie arrived promptly, clean worker and provided useful advice. Reasonably priced and shall be using again in the near future.
