A very likeable man who remained polite, positive and professional at all times. Extremely knowledgeable, explaining every step in terms I could easily understand. Eddie was great we called him when all our appliances stopped working suddenly on Sunday and he talked us through calmly what to do - and wouldn’t take any payment. Would highly recommend.

Eddie went above and beyond to fault find and then found the issue which is far more serious than he can resolve as it’s a water ingress from outside. He isolated and ran a temp supply to allow to power sockets. Please note Eddie went under the floor in a void which was very small to achieve this.

Am so pleased and if I could use on the insurance claim he would more thank top of the list, am honing to arrange him to do extra work in the house once this initial issue is solved.
