We installed new extractor fans at this property in Harlow to help them win their battle against condensation within the property.
The installation included drilling core holes in the bathroom, kitchen and hallway to allow for the insulated ducting to be run to outside. The extractor fans we installed are humidistat, timer fans, meaning they will turn themselves on if the humidity in the room gets above a certain level and turn themselves off again once the humidity gets low enough. This is great for any rooms with a condensation problem. We have also installed Quinetic wireless switches to allow the customer to switch them on and off easily should they wish to operate them manually.
